Since there have been many questions on this we figured we would let everyone know in case others had the same questions. Yes, the High Rock tournament is still happening tomorrow (10/31), and yes you will be able to trailer to another landing besides Southmont. However, you must still come to Southmont to have your live wells checked first before trailering to another landing.
We have been made aware that some people have been told that our tournament on 6/27 tomorrow at High Rock has been moved to Randleman. That information is INCORRECT, as our tournament is still on HIGH ROCK at the Southmont landing and NOT Randleman. Please share this information to help us clear this up for those who may have been given incorrect information. Thank you and we hope to see you tomorrow!
Since the water is so high at High Rock we will be allowing people to trailer to different landings than Southmont if you so choose. However, you must first go to Southmont landing to have livewells checked and then can only trailer to another landing on High Rock.
Due to the weigh-in permits still being revoked and the governor’s executive orders still being in place, we are going to have to cancel the tournament on 4/29 at High Rock. We will send updates as we have them for the rest of the tournaments we have scheduled. Thank you and stay safe!
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, for the safety of our anglers, the Badin lake tournament we had scheduled for Saturday, March 28th has been CANCELED. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause anyone, but we feel it is the right thing to do under the circumstances. We hope to reschedule the Badin tournament at a later date once things return to normal. We appreciate you guys fishing with us and hope to see you soon! May you and your family stay safe during this outbreak of COVID-19.
With the outbreak of COVID-19 we wanted to let everyone know for now we are still planning on having our tournament at Badin on Saturday 3/28. However, we are monitoring the situation and trying to keep the safety of our anglers in mind as well as obey any ordinances that are put in place. Please keep an eye on our Facebook page and web site next week as we will post an update on whether or not we will still be having our tournament. Everyone, please stay safe out there.
The Carolina Monster Bass schedule for 2020 is now available!
Due to Hurricane Florence coming through this weekend and the predicted high winds and amount of rain, we will be postponing this weekend’s tournament to the following weekend on 9/22. We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not want to endanger any of our anglers. Stay safe and hope to see you Saturday 9/22!
Also, the hours for fishing are being changed to 7AM-3PM.
Starting with the tournament at Randleman on Saturday 8/11/2018, Rock Outdoors will be giving a $100 gift certificate as a prize instead of the Helix 5. This way you can go and buy what you want from their awesome selection of gear!
